01

Compliance review

We review your application, professional role, practice information, business details, shipping information, and the supporting documentation you submitted.

We may contact you if information is missing, unclear, expired, or requires additional verification.

02

Professional verification

Depending on your profession and requested product categories, we may verify licensing, NPI information, prescribing or ordering authority, DEA registration, business records, or other credentials.

Available permissions may vary by professional role, jurisdiction, product, and participating vendor.

03

Account activation

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for activating your account and accessing the products available to your approved profile.

Most complete applications are reviewed within one to two business days. Applications requiring additional documentation, manual verification, vendor confirmation, or clarification may take longer.

How will I know when my application has been reviewed?

Orders.Clinic will send an update to the email address associated with your application. Check your inbox, spam folder, and any email-security filtering used by your organization.

Can I access the marketplace before approval?

Marketplace access and professional ordering permissions become available only after your account has been reviewed, approved, and activated.

What happens if additional information is required?

We will contact you using the email address associated with your application. Your review may remain pending until the requested information or documentation is received and verified.

What documents might be requested?

Depending on your role and requested product access, we may request professional licensing, NPI information, DEA registration, prescribing or ordering authority, business registration, practice information, identification, shipping information, or vendor-specific documentation.

Does account approval guarantee access to every product?

No. Product access may vary based on your professional role, credentials, jurisdiction, approved ordering permissions, participating vendor requirements, product category, inventory, and applicable law.

Can more than one person from my practice have an account?

Additional professional or administrative users may be permitted based on their role and the account controls available to the practice. Each user may be required to maintain individual login credentials and appropriate permissions.
