Accessibility Statement
Effective date: July 1, 2026
Clinic Protocols LLC, doing business as Orders.Clinic, is committed to providing a website and digital platform that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
1. Our accessibility commitment
Clinic Protocols LLC is committed to providing individuals with disabilities with access to the information, products, services, account tools, ordering functionality, communications, and support available through Orders.Clinic.
We seek to create an inclusive digital experience and to reduce barriers that may affect individuals who use screen readers, screen magnification, voice-recognition software, keyboard navigation, switch devices, captions, alternative input devices, or other assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review and improve the Platform as content, functionality, third-party integrations, browser technologies, assistive technologies, and accessibility standards develop.
2. Accessibility standard
Orders.Clinic aims to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG, Version 2.2 at Level AA.
WCAG provides technical recommendations for making digital content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA describes our accessibility goal and ongoing improvement framework. It should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, feature, document, integration, or item of third-party content currently satisfies every WCAG success criterion at all times.
3. Measures we take
Our accessibility efforts may include:
- Using semantic HTML and logical heading structures where reasonably practicable.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and visual content.
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
- Using form labels, instructions, required-field indicators, and understandable error messages.
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text, controls, and important visual elements.
- Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information.
- Supporting text resizing and responsive layouts.
- Designing buttons, links, menus, and form controls to be understandable and operable.
- Providing descriptive page titles, link text, and navigation labels.
- Using captions, transcripts, or other alternatives for multimedia where reasonably appropriate.
- Reviewing account, registration, practitioner-verification, cart, checkout, and support workflows for accessibility barriers.
- Testing portions of the Platform using automated tools, manual review, keyboard testing, and assistive technologies.
- Considering accessibility when selecting or configuring third-party software and integrations.
- Responding to accessibility feedback and addressing identified barriers where reasonably possible.
4. Accessibility features
Depending on the page, device, browser, and feature being used, Orders.Clinic may provide or support:
- Keyboard access to primary navigation, links, buttons, forms, and interactive controls.
- Visible focus indicators for users navigating without a mouse.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Labels and instructions associated with form controls.
- Error messages that identify incomplete or invalid form fields.
- Responsive page layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Support for browser zoom and text enlargement.
- Consistent navigation and page structures.
- Descriptive headings and link labels.
- Accessible account, cart, checkout, and support interfaces where technically supported.
5. Assistive technology and browser compatibility
Orders.Clinic is designed to work with commonly used current browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, and assistive technologies.
For the best experience, we recommend using the most recent stable version of your preferred browser and keeping your operating system and assistive technology updated.
Older browsers, unsupported software, heavily customized browser configurations, browser extensions, or outdated assistive technologies may not display or operate every Platform feature as intended.
The interaction among a website, browser, operating system, assistive technology, and user settings can vary. As a result, a feature that works in one configuration may behave differently in another.
6. Keyboard navigation
Many Platform features are intended to be operable using a keyboard without requiring a mouse or touch input.
Users may generally navigate forward through interactive elements using the Tab key and backward using Shift and Tab. Buttons and links may generally be activated using Enter or the Spacebar, depending on the browser and control.
If keyboard focus becomes trapped, invisible, obscured, or unable to reach an important control, please report the affected page and the steps that produced the issue.
7. Screen readers and visual assistance
We seek to structure Platform content so that compatible screen readers can identify headings, links, buttons, form controls, alerts, tables, and other important interface elements.
Meaningful images should include text alternatives where reasonably appropriate. Decorative images may be hidden from assistive technology to reduce unnecessary announcements.
Some product images, charts, diagrams, scanned documents, or third-party materials may not yet contain complete text alternatives. Contact us if you need information from visual content in another format.
8. Forms, account registration, and checkout
Orders.Clinic includes forms and workflows that may be used for account creation, practitioner registration, professional verification, contact requests, support, product selection, ordering, billing, shipping, and checkout.
We seek to provide understandable field labels, instructions, required-field indicators, status messages, and error notifications.
Some forms may require information to be completed within a secure session. If you need additional time or encounter a timeout, contact support for assistance.
If you cannot complete a registration, verification, order, payment, or support form because of an accessibility barrier, please contact us using the methods listed below.
9. Documents and downloadable materials
The Platform may include downloadable documents such as policies, forms, instructions, product materials, consent documents, invoices, receipts, reports, and other files.
We seek to make newly created documents accessible where reasonably practicable. However, certain legacy documents, documents received from third parties, scanned files, product labels, or archived materials may not be fully accessible.
If you have difficulty reading or using a document, contact us and identify the document you need. We will work to provide the information in an alternative format or through another reasonable method when possible.
10. Video, audio, and multimedia
Orders.Clinic may use videos, audio recordings, animations, webinars, demonstrations, or other multimedia content.
We seek to provide captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, controls, or alternative formats where reasonably appropriate and technically feasible.
Some third-party, archived, live, or user-submitted media may not include complete accessibility features.
If you need an accessible alternative for multimedia content, please contact us and identify the content involved.
11. Third-party content and integrations
Orders.Clinic may include or integrate services provided by third parties, including payment processors, scheduling tools, video players, maps, chat services, authentication systems, pharmacies, laboratories, manufacturers, suppliers, shipping providers, forms, and other software.
Although we consider accessibility when selecting and configuring third-party services, Clinic Protocols LLC does not control every aspect of independently operated software, content, or websites.
Third-party features may not conform to the same accessibility standards as the portions of the Platform directly controlled by Clinic Protocols LLC.
If a third-party integration creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will attempt to assist you, identify an alternative method, or communicate the issue to the provider where reasonably appropriate.
12. Known limitations and ongoing improvements
Despite our efforts, some users may encounter accessibility limitations.
Potential limitations may include:
- Legacy pages or content created before current accessibility practices were implemented.
- Scanned documents or older PDF files.
- Product images, packaging, or labels provided by third parties.
- Embedded videos or media without complete captions or transcripts.
- Third-party account, payment, scheduling, shipping, or support interfaces.
- Dynamic notifications, modal windows, menus, or interactive controls that may behave differently across assistive technologies.
- Content generated or uploaded by practitioners, practices, suppliers, manufacturers, patients, customers, or other third parties.
- Temporary accessibility issues introduced during maintenance, upgrades, or feature releases.
We evaluate reported barriers and prioritize remediation based on factors such as the severity of the barrier, the importance and frequency of the affected function, technical feasibility, available alternatives, and the resources reasonably required to make the improvement.
13. Alternative access and assistance
If you are unable to access information, create an account, submit a practitioner application, complete an order, obtain support, or use another Platform feature because of a disability, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information, service, or transaction through an accessible alternative method.
Depending on the request, assistance may include:
- Providing information by telephone or email.
- Providing a document in an alternative electronic format.
- Assisting with account registration or support workflows.
- Explaining product, policy, billing, or ordering information.
- Coordinating with an authorized practitioner, practice, supplier, pharmacy, or service provider.
- Identifying another accessible way to complete the requested task.
For security, privacy, and healthcare-related reasons, we may need to verify your identity or authority before providing account-specific, transaction-specific, or sensitive information.
14. Accessibility feedback
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Orders.Clinic.
When reporting an accessibility problem, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- The web address or name of the affected page.
- A description of the problem.
- The task you were attempting to complete.
- The browser and operating system you were using.
- The assistive technology or device you were using, if applicable.
- Any error message you received.
- Your preferred method of contact.
Providing these details helps us reproduce, evaluate, and respond to the issue.
15. Our response process
After receiving an accessibility request or report, we may:
- Confirm receipt of the request.
- Ask for additional information needed to identify or reproduce the issue.
- Provide immediate assistance or an alternative access method where possible.
- Refer the issue to our technical, support, legal, compliance, or third-party provider teams.
- Evaluate whether a technical correction, content update, configuration change, or alternative accommodation is appropriate.
- Notify you when the issue has been addressed or provide an update concerning the request.
Response and remediation times may vary depending on the nature, complexity, severity, and source of the issue.
16. Medical emergencies
Accessibility support channels are not emergency medical services and should not be used for urgent medical assistance.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
For medical advice, treatment questions, adverse reactions, or product-use questions, contact an appropriately licensed healthcare practitioner.
17. Updates to this Accessibility Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect improvements to the Platform, accessibility practices, available technologies, standards, legal requirements, or contact procedures.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the date of the current version.
Our ongoing accessibility work may continue independently of formal updates to this statement.
18. Accessibility contact information
