Orders.Clinic Policies

Shipping Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Orders.Clinic are reviewed, processed, fulfilled, shipped, delivered, and handled when an order is delayed, damaged, lost, refused, returned, or otherwise affected by a shipping issue.

1. Scope of this Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products ordered through websites, portals, checkout systems, and other services operated by Clinic Protocols LLC under the Orders.Clinic name.

In this policy, “Orders.Clinic,” “Clinic Protocols,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Clinic Protocols LLC and, where applicable, authorized service providers acting on its behalf.

“Fulfillment provider” may include a pharmacy, laboratory, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, warehouse, medical practice, logistics provider, or other organization responsible for preparing or shipping an order.

Some products may be subject to additional policies imposed by the applicable practitioner, medical practice, pharmacy, laboratory, manufacturer, supplier, fulfillment provider, or carrier.

If a product-specific or provider-specific shipping term conflicts with this general policy, the more specific term will control to the extent of the conflict, except where prohibited by applicable law.

2. Role of Orders.Clinic

Orders.Clinic provides technology, administrative, account-management, ordering, payment, communication, and transaction-support tools that may connect practitioners, practices, patients, customers, pharmacies, laboratories, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment providers.

Depending on the order, the physical product may be prepared and shipped by Clinic Protocols LLC or by an independent pharmacy, laboratory, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, medical practice, or fulfillment provider.

The identity of the applicable seller, supplier, or fulfillment provider may appear on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, shipping notice, packing slip, product label, or other order documentation.

Orders.Clinic does not control every aspect of a third party’s inventory, professional review, preparation process, fulfillment schedule, carrier selection, or delivery operations.

3. Order review and acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted, approved, fulfilled, or shipped.

Before shipment, an order may be subject to:

  • Payment authorization and fraud screening.
  • Account, identity, age, or address verification.
  • Practitioner authorization or clinical review.
  • Confirmation of a valid practitioner-patient relationship where required.
  • Professional-license or practice verification.
  • Product eligibility and availability review.
  • Prescription validation where applicable.
  • Pharmacy, laboratory, supplier, or manufacturer acceptance.
  • Shipping-destination and jurisdiction review.
  • Compliance with product, carrier, professional, federal, state, or local requirements.

We or the applicable fulfillment provider may decline, place on hold, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address a payment, inventory, clinical, legal, safety, security, verification, fulfillment, or shipping concern.

4. Order confirmations

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that the order was received.

This initial confirmation is not necessarily an acceptance of the order and does not mean that:

  • A practitioner has approved the requested product.
  • A prescription has been issued or accepted.
  • The product is currently in stock.
  • Payment has been finally approved or settled.
  • The fulfillment provider has accepted the order.
  • The product has been prepared, dispensed, or shipped.

A separate shipping confirmation may be sent after the package has been prepared for carrier pickup or transferred to the carrier.

5. Processing time

Processing time is the period required to review, approve, verify, prepare, package, and transfer an order to the carrier.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated processing times may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in another order-specific communication.

Processing may begin only after all required conditions are satisfied, including:

  • Successful payment authorization.
  • Completion of required forms or questionnaires.
  • Receipt of required identity or professional-verification information.
  • Completion of any required practitioner or clinical review.
  • Receipt and validation of a prescription or professional order where applicable.
  • Resolution of account, address, inventory, compliance, or security issues.

Orders submitted outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on recognized holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Processing estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed in writing.

6. Business days

Unless otherwise stated, “business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days on which the applicable fulfillment provider or carrier is closed.

Weekend and holiday activity may not count toward an estimated processing period.

Some fulfillment providers or carriers may operate on different schedules.

7. Delivery estimates

Any estimated delivery date or delivery window is an estimate based on information available at the time it is provided.

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Order-review and approval requirements.
  • Product availability.
  • Fulfillment-provider processing time.
  • Selected shipping method.
  • Carrier operating schedules.
  • Delivery location.
  • Weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.
  • Carrier congestion or service interruption.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Signature or age-verification requirements.
  • Legal, regulatory, safety, or security review.
  • Events outside the reasonable control of Orders.Clinic or the fulfillment provider.

A delivery estimate does not guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date unless a written guarantee expressly states otherwise.

8. Shipping methods

Available shipping methods may depend on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, package size, product stability, carrier availability, and applicable requirements.

Shipping options displayed during checkout may include standard, expedited, overnight, local delivery, courier delivery, or another method.

Not every shipping method is available for every product or destination.

The applicable fulfillment provider may select or change the carrier or service level when reasonably necessary to complete delivery, protect product integrity, satisfy a legal requirement, or address carrier availability.

When a paid expedited method cannot be provided, the order may be adjusted, rescheduled, cancelled, or refunded as appropriate.

9. Shipping and handling charges

Shipping and handling charges, when applicable, will generally be displayed before the order is submitted.

Charges may be based on:

  • Shipping method.
  • Carrier rates.
  • Delivery destination.
  • Package size and weight.
  • Temperature-control requirements.
  • Special packaging or handling.
  • Signature, insurance, or age-verification requirements.
  • The applicable fulfillment provider.

Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, minimum order values, excluded products, expiration dates, and other disclosed terms.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, original shipping and handling charges may not be refundable after an order has shipped.

10. Shipping-address requirements

You are responsible for providing a complete, current, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

The address should include, where applicable:

  • The recipient’s full name.
  • Street number and street name.
  • Apartment, suite, unit, floor, or building number.
  • City, state, and ZIP Code.
  • A valid telephone number.
  • Business, gate, access, or delivery instructions.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, additional charges, or returned packages caused by incomplete, incorrect, outdated, undeliverable, or unauthorized address information, except to the extent required by law.

Orders may not be redirected after they enter fulfillment or shipping.

Address changes are not guaranteed. Contact support immediately if you discover an error.

11. Approved delivery locations

Certain products may be shipped only to an address associated with the authorized patient, customer, practitioner, practice, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, or other approved recipient.

We or the fulfillment provider may require that the shipping address match information contained in the account, practitioner authorization, prescription, professional license, billing record, or identity-verification record.

Orders may be declined when the requested destination cannot be verified or is inconsistent with applicable product, professional, legal, safety, or carrier requirements.

12. P.O. boxes and restricted addresses

Some carriers, products, and shipping methods cannot deliver to a post-office box.

A physical street address may be required for:

  • Expedited or courier shipments.
  • Temperature-sensitive products.
  • Signature-required shipments.
  • Age-restricted products.
  • Products subject to identity, practitioner, pharmacy, or compliance requirements.

Delivery to hotels, temporary accommodations, freight forwarders, mail-forwarding services, virtual mailboxes, shared receiving facilities, or commercial reshippers may be restricted.

Orders addressed to an unsupported or restricted location may be held, cancelled, or returned.

13. Geographic availability

Orders.Clinic is primarily intended for authorized transactions and deliveries within the United States.

Product and shipping availability may vary by state, territory, ZIP Code, practitioner authorization, fulfillment provider, and applicable law.

Availability of a product on the Platform does not mean that it can legally or operationally be shipped to every location.

We or the fulfillment provider may decline or cancel an order that cannot be shipped to the requested destination.

14. International shipping

Unless expressly stated during checkout, Orders.Clinic does not offer international shipping.

Orders may not be submitted for delivery to an international freight forwarder, exporter, reshipper, or other service intended to transfer the product outside an approved destination unless written authorization has been provided.

We do not guarantee that a product may be lawfully exported, imported, possessed, prescribed, dispensed, distributed, or used outside the jurisdiction for which it was supplied.

15. Shipping confirmations and tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation may include a tracking number or link.

Tracking information may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.

A “label created,” “shipment information received,” or similar status may mean that shipment information was transmitted to the carrier but that the carrier has not yet scanned or physically received the package.

Tracking events are provided by the carrier and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

The recipient is responsible for monitoring available tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.

16. Signature and recipient verification

Some deliveries may require a signature, adult signature, identification, age verification, delivery code, or other recipient-verification procedure.

The carrier may refuse delivery when the required recipient is unavailable or cannot provide the requested verification.

You are responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available at the delivery address when required.

A package may be returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts or expiration of a carrier holding period.

17. Temperature-sensitive and specially handled products

Some products may require insulated packaging, cooling materials, controlled handling, expedited transportation, limited transit times, or specific storage after delivery.

Temperature-sensitive shipments may be scheduled to reduce the likelihood that a package remains in carrier possession over a weekend, holiday, or known service interruption.

As a result, an otherwise completed order may be held until an appropriate shipping day.

Cooling materials may be partially or completely melted by the time a package arrives. The condition of cooling materials alone does not necessarily establish that the product is unusable.

Always follow the product label, packaging instructions, dispensing information, and guidance provided by the applicable practitioner, pharmacist, laboratory, manufacturer, or supplier.

Promptly place the product into the required storage conditions after delivery.

Do not use a product when:

  • The packaging is open, leaking, damaged, or visibly compromised.
  • The product appears altered, contaminated, or mislabeled.
  • You have been instructed not to use it.
  • You reasonably believe that required storage conditions were not maintained.

Contact the applicable practitioner, pharmacy, supplier, manufacturer, or Orders.Clinic support for instructions before discarding or using a product that may have been affected.

18. Delivery

A package may be delivered to the address, mailbox, parcel locker, mailroom, reception desk, building staff, authorized recipient, or other location designated or accepted by the carrier.

A carrier’s delivery scan is evidence that the carrier recorded the package as delivered, but it does not necessarily resolve every delivery dispute.

After a package is marked delivered, you should:

  • Check the delivery location and surrounding area.
  • Check the mailbox, parcel locker, lobby, reception desk, and mailroom.
  • Ask household members, employees, building staff, or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
  • Review available delivery photographs or carrier notices.
  • Contact the carrier when appropriate.
  • Notify Orders.Clinic support promptly if the package remains missing.

19. Inspection upon delivery

You should inspect the package and its contents promptly after delivery.

Check for:

  • Visible shipping damage.
  • Leaks, cracks, broken seals, or compromised packaging.
  • Incorrect products or quantities.
  • Missing items.
  • Signs of tampering.
  • Temperature or storage concerns.
  • Product-specific instructions requiring immediate action.

Do not use a product that appears incorrect, damaged, contaminated, altered, tampered with, or unsafe.

Retain the product, original packaging, shipping carton, label, packing materials, and documentation while the issue is being reviewed.

20. Damaged or compromised packages

Report a package that arrives damaged, leaking, open, tampered with, incorrectly packaged, or otherwise compromised as soon as reasonably possible.

To review the issue, we or the fulfillment provider may request:

  • The order number.
  • The affected product name.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the shipping carton.
  • Photographs of the shipping label.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Lot, batch, serial, or expiration information.
  • Information about the delivery date and storage conditions.

Do not dispose of the package or product unless instructed to do so or unless immediate disposal is reasonably necessary for safety.

Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include replacement, reshipment, account credit, refund, carrier claim, manufacturer review, pharmacy review, or another appropriate resolution.

21. Missing or incorrect items

If an order arrives with a missing or incorrect item, contact support promptly.

Some orders are divided into multiple shipments and may arrive separately.

Before reporting an item as missing, review:

  • The order confirmation.
  • Shipping-confirmation emails.
  • Available tracking numbers.
  • The packing slip.
  • The entire shipping carton and packing materials.

Do not use an incorrectly supplied product.

We or the fulfillment provider may require photographs, package information, return of the incorrect item, or other documentation before issuing a replacement or refund.

22. Lost packages

A package may be treated as potentially lost when carrier tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the estimated delivery window has passed, or the carrier confirms that the shipment cannot be located.

Orders.Clinic or the fulfillment provider may initiate or require a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

You agree to reasonably cooperate with the investigation, including confirming:

  • The delivery address.
  • Whether the package was received by another person.
  • Whether the carrier left a delivery notice.
  • Whether the package was located after the initial report.

A replacement is not guaranteed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided or when the loss resulted from inaccurate address information, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, unauthorized redirection, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

23. Theft after delivery

Orders.Clinic and the fulfillment provider are not generally responsible for theft or disappearance occurring after a carrier records delivery to the address or authorized delivery location, except where required by law.

You should use a secure delivery address and monitor available tracking information.

If theft is suspected, you may be asked to:

  • Contact the carrier.
  • Contact building management or local authorities.
  • Provide a written statement.
  • Provide a police, carrier, or incident-report number.

We may review requests for assistance individually but do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for a package stolen after delivery.

24. Shipping delays

An order may be delayed because of inventory, payment, verification, practitioner review, pharmacy review, laboratory processing, manufacturing, packaging, carrier service, weather, emergency, regulatory, safety, security, or other issues.

If we or the applicable seller cannot ship within the time stated when the order was placed, we will provide the notices, choices, cancellations, and refunds required by applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered the choice to:

  • Accept a revised estimated shipping date.
  • Continue waiting when no definite shipping date is available.
  • Cancel the affected unshipped item or order.
  • Receive a refund for the cancelled unshipped item or order.

Your response may be required to keep an order open when the revised shipping date exceeds the period permitted for implied consent under applicable law.

25. Backorders and out-of-stock products

A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If an item is backordered or unavailable, we or the fulfillment provider may:

  • Notify you of the delay.
  • Provide a revised estimated shipping date.
  • Offer an authorized substitute with your approval where appropriate.
  • Ship available items separately.
  • Cancel the unavailable item.
  • Issue a refund for the cancelled item.

A clinically reviewed, prescribed, customized, or regulated product will not be substituted without any authorization required from the practitioner, patient, customer, pharmacy, or other responsible party.

26. Split shipments

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different providers or shipped from different locations.

As a result, an order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates and through different carriers.

Each shipment may have a separate tracking number, packing slip, return address, storage instruction, and delivery estimate.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.

27. Order cancellations before shipment

You may request cancellation before an order ships, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

An order may become noncancellable once:

  • Professional or clinical review has been completed.
  • A prescription has been transmitted or processed.
  • A laboratory kit or customized item has been prepared.
  • A product has been compounded, dispensed, personalized, allocated, or specially ordered.
  • The package has entered fulfillment.
  • A shipping label has been created and the shipment can no longer be intercepted.
  • The package has been transferred to the carrier.

Contact support immediately to request cancellation.

If cancellation is approved, any refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy and legal requirements.

28. Refused and unclaimed deliveries

A package may be returned when the recipient:

  • Refuses delivery.
  • Does not retrieve the package.
  • Is unavailable for required delivery attempts.
  • Cannot satisfy signature, identification, or age-verification requirements.
  • Provides an incomplete or undeliverable address.

A refused, unclaimed, or returned package is not automatically eligible for a refund or free reshipment.

Products that are perishable, temperature-sensitive, prescribed, compounded, customized, sealed for safety, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may be ineligible for restocking or refund after shipment.

Additional shipping, handling, preparation, disposal, or replacement charges may apply where permitted.

29. Packages returned to sender

If a package is returned to the sender, we or the applicable fulfillment provider will review the reason for return and the condition of the product.

Depending on the product and circumstances, the order may be:

  • Reshipped after address confirmation and payment of additional charges.
  • Reprocessed through the applicable practitioner, pharmacy, or supplier.
  • Cancelled.
  • Refunded in whole or in part.
  • Disposed of when the product cannot safely or legally be restocked or reshipped.

Reshipment is not guaranteed, particularly for prescription, compounded, personalized, perishable, temperature-sensitive, or regulated products.

30. Returns and refunds

Shipping-related returns, replacements, credits, and refunds are also governed by the Orders.Clinic Refund and Return Policy and any applicable product-specific or fulfillment-provider policy.

For health, safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, certain products cannot be returned or restocked after they have left the controlled possession of the applicable pharmacy, supplier, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider.

Do not mail or return a product without first receiving instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, destroyed, or ineligible for refund.

31. Responsibility during shipment

Responsibility for a shipment may depend on the seller, product, carrier, transaction structure, applicable law, and the terms disclosed for the order.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to transfer responsibility in a manner prohibited by law or to eliminate rights available to a consumer when goods are not delivered as agreed.

You remain responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and secure delivery address.
  • Monitoring available tracking information.
  • Being available for required delivery procedures.
  • Retrieving the package promptly.
  • Protecting the package after delivery.
  • Following product-storage instructions immediately after receipt.

32. Weather, emergencies, and events outside reasonable control

Processing or delivery may be affected by events outside the reasonable control of Orders.Clinic, the fulfillment provider, or the carrier.

Such events may include:

  • Severe weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Public-health emergencies.
  • Fire, flood, or power failure.
  • Labor disputes or staffing interruptions.
  • Carrier network disruptions.
  • Governmental orders or transportation restrictions.
  • Supply-chain interruptions.
  • Cybersecurity incidents.
  • Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other emergencies.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide available information and comply with applicable delayed-shipment and refund requirements.

33. Reporting a shipping issue

To report a shipping issue, contact Orders.Clinic support and provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • Shipping address.
  • Product involved.
  • Tracking number, if available.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • The date the issue was discovered.
  • Photographs or documentation when applicable.

For privacy and security, we may require verification before discussing an account-specific or order-specific shipment.

Shipping support is not a substitute for medical advice.

Questions about whether a delivered product remains appropriate or safe to use should be directed to the applicable practitioner, pharmacist, manufacturer, or other qualified healthcare professional.

34. Medical concerns and emergencies

Do not use shipping-support channels for urgent medical care.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency treatment.

If you experience an adverse reaction, unexpected symptom, or product-related medical concern, contact an appropriately licensed healthcare practitioner.

35. Changes to this Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations, products, fulfillment providers, carriers, shipping methods, service areas, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

The policy in effect when an order is submitted will generally govern that order, except where a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
